2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • Shipping Method: We will get the piece picked up from your house.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Exchanges
